ABOUT US
Ideally located between the cities of Los Angeles and Santa Barbara in Oxnard, California. Seabridge Marina is a fully operational luxury marina with beautifully landscaped parks, a children's playground, pedestrian bridges and walkways adjacent to custom homes and the Seabridge Marina retail center.
Cruise through the main channel of beautiful Mandalay Bay for two miles as you make your way to open water. Just off the coast, across the Santa Barbara Channel are the Channel Islands of Anacapa, Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa, San Miguel and San Nicholas. While all of these islands are uninhabited a few offer camping, hiking, site seeing and kayaking.
Policies & Procedures
Application Process

Current registration/ documentation or copy of bill of sale must be in the name of the person applying for the slip.

Insurance policy naming Marina as additional insured and showing min. $500,000 marine liability and hull coverage.

A current color photograph of the vessel

Credit report will be required and will be run on the applicant.

Vessels older than 15 years or upon request at marina's sole and absolute discretion, must provide a copy of survey conducted within the last 24 months
Policies

A deposit is required prior to move in.

First months fees are due for full month

Slip Fees are due on the first of every month.

Key purchase $30.00 each. Maximum 2 per boat.

Parking permits are $10 each.

A written notice to vacate must be provided 30 days prior to the date of vacating.

Subletting of slip is not permissible.

No boat shall enter the marina without a prior inspection by the marina at the marina's full discretion.
Slip Length Determination
Slip fees are based on boat length or slip length, whichever is greater. The overall length of any vessel is defined as the distance from the most forward position of the vessel to the furthest portion aft, this includes all items such as pulpits, anchors, anchor rollers, davits, swimsteps, etc. Neither vessel nor any part of vessel may project into the fairway more than 3 feet, unless authorized by the marina. Definitive slip fee and slip deposit amount will be determined upon arrival and inspection by marina personnel. No boat shall enter the marina without a prior inspection by the marina at the marina's sole discretion.
All delinquent boats will be charged at a rate of $2 per foot per day.

State of the art Bellingham Docks, individually metered for electricity. Large dock boxes for storage, and easy access to fresh water.
